Daily Responsibility
Manage allocated projects, including allocation resource, managing the project coordination process and all aspects of compliance
Handling of large volumes of data, some of which is sensitive and/or complex
Provide advice and support to operational teams
Maintain and build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Work with project teams to develop and maintain project action plans
Support with internal and external reporting of our performance and progress
Assist with bids and tenders to provide the relevant support on projects
Develop case studies, presentations and bulletins to promote, educate and raise awareness across the business of works within the department
Ability to balance competing priorities from a range of stakeholders using a high degree of tact
Ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting
Experience & Skills
Experience of energy efficient retrofit would be preferred
Literate in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong time management skills, allowing switching between a variety of tasks and meeting a combination of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Must be analytical and enjoy problem solving with enthusiasm to enhance, improve, optimise, streamline
A flexible, self motivating and agile attitude, allowing you to respond to client needs
Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best
Ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processes
